1. List of Countries Covered by Unilateral Visa Exemption Policies
Based on the latest information from China's National Immigration Administration, passport holders from the following countries may enter China without a visa for short stays, subject to the conditions outlined below:
Note: Nationals of the aforementioned countries can, with ordinary passports, enter China visa-free for purposes of business, tourism, visits to relatives and friends, exchange visits, and transit, provided that their stay periods will not exceed 30 days. The duration of stay for every foreign national shall be calculated from 00:00 on the day following the day of entry.

2. For Attendees Requiring a Visa
If you are not from a visa-exempt country listed above, or if your intended stay exceeds 30 days, you will need to apply for a visa.
To request an invitation letter, please email us and provide the following information:
- A clear scanned copy of your passport information page
- Your intended place of visa issuance (city and country of the Chinese embassy/consulate where you plan to apply)- Your intended date of entry into China
- Your planned period of stay (in days)
- Subject Line: Please use a clear subject such as: [Visa] Invitation Letter Needed - [Your Full Name]
